From inside the app

Open Fabius → Settings → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Email help@fabius.app from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We process these requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything: your account (name, email, password), your conversations and messages, your agents, your workflows, your uploaded documents and images, and your workspace. Deletion is permanent — there is no recovery.

What is kept

Nothing tied to your identity. No data is retained after deletion beyond standard short-lived server logs, which expire automatically within days.

Delete some of your data without deleting the account

Inside Fabius you can delete individual items at any time, and each deletion is immediate and permanent:

• Conversations — long-press or open a chat in the sidebar and delete it; its messages are removed with it.
• Documents — delete any uploaded document from the Documents screen; the file and its indexed content are removed.
• Agents and workflows — delete them from their own screens.

For anything else, email help@fabius.app and tell us what to remove; we process requests within 7 days.
